LITTLE SAPLINGS YOGA & STORYTELLING

Our little children love yoga! In fact, they already know how to ‘do’ yoga! They are wonderful at exploring their physicality and have a sense of fun and adventure built-in! So, I've created a perfectly tailored class for you & your little one from the age of 2yrs- 5yrs old.

We encourage natural playfulness and flexibility, their ability to copy, and their desire to do things “all by myself!”. Using their love of rhythm and rhyme, we throw in songs and verses to engage them and help with their memory. We repeat fun and challenging elements like inversions on grownups backs, butterfly swings, or zooming to the moon – even a cautious child will decide to try them when they are ready.

We play games as a group but we always end up with a lovely relaxation under the imaginary tree or the stars. All the children have a rest with their grown up, even the busiest bee will lie down with their grownup with a comfy cushion & maybe their teddy when they see everyone else doing it too! Siblings are welcome to join in too.
