Description
Do you feel anxious about your birth? Do you want to learn how you can feel calm, confident and in control? If you do, then check out my group hypnobirthing classes, where I can help you to go from feeling anxious about your birth to excited. You will learn how to approach your birth with a more positive mindset and how to feel calm, relaxed and comfortable.
My group hypnobirthing courses take place in a beautiful venue in Oulton, Leeds and are an opportunity to meet other expectant parents who are on a similar journey to you. My Group Hypnobirthing courses are £275 per couple and take place over 4 consecutive Thursday evenings.
