Description
HAPPINESS CLUB is designed to teach children breath- & body-awareness, mindfulness and relaxation in a fun and playful way, to improve physical fitness and develop social skills, as well as to cultivate confidence, creativity and compassion. Each session incorporates breathing and physical exercises, imaginative exploration and mindfulness practices as well as relaxation techniques (using stories, visualisation and music). At the end of the session the children enjoy a cup of herbal tea together. Occasionally the children also explore aerial yoga or acro yoga or engage in themed art & craft activities. They learn essential skills to gain a little bit of peace of mind in today’s busy life.
Date/Time: Mondays 4.15-5.15pm (during school term)
Yoga mats and an anti gravity aerial hammock are provided.
