A fun, friendly 1 hr fitness class held in St John's Memorial Hall, Woking, where you can bring your children with you. A large hall with space for buggies and bags with a car park outside . Playmat and toys are provided to keep your little ones entertained whilst you exercise with a L3 Qualified pre and post-natal trainer with extensive experience of group classes. Hi, I am Katy and a mum of 2. I have always been passionate about group fitness, but struggled to find a class post pregnancy which suited my needs. So, I created one! I am a L3 Qualified pre and post Natal fitness coach with a love of life, fun and fitness! My classes are focussed around rebuilding your strength with fun cardio tracks to dance and laugh to. You can bring your children along- so no need to worry about childcare and join a class with other mums providing support and guidance as you start your journey through motherhood.
