Our Baby Massage courses are a mix of Swedish and Indian massage, Reflexology, and Yoga. We pride ourselves on small classes, being exclusively baby led, and with a warm welcoming atmosphere, and an opportunity to chat to other parents. Benefits of Massage including relief from; colic, wind, constipation, teething, bonding, improved muscle and brain function, as well as improved sleep for both you and baby to name just a few! This is a baby-led class and if at any time you need to stop to feed, change or cuddle baby please do that right where you are, you can listen and watch, and will still learn & gain so much. Each class comes with complimentary PDF E-Handouts with all the information, and an easy-to-follow step by step guide to the massage strokes covered in class. Various Classes running. MONTHLY - FOUR WEEK COURSE @ All Saints Church. Rehana is a trained baby massage instructor (International Association of Infant Massage). In the course, she brings lots of experience both as an experienced parent of 3 teenagers, as well as knowledge and experience from her other jobs, as a Birth and Postnatal Doula, and Antenatal Instructor. She is passionate about providing support and services for parents in the early days of parenting.
