What Baby Massage (Nurture Services) says

Our Baby Massage course is a mix of Swedish and Indian massage, with a some Reflexology, and Yoga, Breath work to relax and centre you. We pride ourselves on SMALL, exclusively baby led classes, with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Plus ample opportunities to chat to other parents.

Benefits for Babies Include: Improve muscle and brain function, better co-ordination, relaxation and more deeper sleep.
Benefits for Parents: Improved connection and bond with your baby, an increase in parenting confidence.

Each week learning different massage strokes. After class PDF Handouts are emailed to you, covering strokes covered in class - in an easy-to-follow step by step guide.

(2) ONLINE OPTIONS: (2a) 4 week Course. (2b) Colic routine - Single Class

Rehana is a trained baby massage instructor (International Association of Infant Massage). In the course, she brings lots of experience both as an experienced parent of 3 teenagers, as well as knowledge and experience from her other jobs, as a Birth and Postnatal Doula, and Antenatal Instructor. She is passionate about providing support and services for parents in the early days of parenting.
