What Beckenham Baby Massage says

Beckenham Baby Massage was founded in 2011 by Helen Guntrip to provide classes to parents and their babies in Beckenham and South East London. I am a mum of two and having my own children inspired me to start teaching baby massage and create welcoming classes for parents and babies. As a new mum I always wanted to find classes that were calm and non judgemental. I can still remember how it felt to go to a new class without knowing anyone. This is why I keep my class sizes small, and the content simple - building connection through song, movement and massage. I offer gentle Baby Massage (IAIM) and Baby Yoga (Birthlight) courses at The Parklangley Club in Beckenham. I am also a trained Speech and Language Therapist and run Baby and Toddler classes that combine movement, makaton signing, songs and rhymes to support your child's communication. My classes also provide parents with an opportunity to make friends and support each other on their parenting journey.
