Babbu Confidence Research Competition Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions are for a partnership with Babbu. Please check that you understand the following:
Eligibility
a. Babbu Competitions and Incentives (hereinafter referred to as “Babbu Confidence Research Competition”) are open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:
i. Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
ii. Must be a legal resident of the UK where the Competition is being held
iii. A parent of child/ren under 3 years old.
Entry
To enter the ‘Babbu Confidence Research Competition, participants must follow the instructions provided by Babbu on the respective competition announcement or promotional material.
a. Participants are required to provide accurate and complete information during the entry process.
b. Only one entry per person is allowed unless stated otherwise in the competition announcement.
Competition Period
a. The start and end dates of the ‘Babbu Confidence Research Competition’ will be specified in the competition announcement.
b. Entries submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be accepted.
Winner Selection
a. The winner will be selected by a random draw appointed by Babbu, at their sole discretion.
b. The decision of the winner is final and binding.
c. Babbu will notify the winner via email or any other contact method provided during the entry process.
Prize
a. The details of the prize: Everyone who provides an email address will be entered into a prize draw and be in with a chance of winning up to £150 Happity Voucher, or a supermarket voucher of your choice.
i. First 50 responses go into prize draw to win £80 Happity gift card/supermarket voucher
ii. First 150 responses go into prize draw to win £50 Happity gift card/supermarket voucher
iii. All responses go into a prize draw to win a £20 Happity gift card/supermarket voucher.
b. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
c. Babbu reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value at any time.
Publicity
a. By participating in the Competition, the winner agrees to allow Babbu to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
Disqualification
a. Babbu reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, or engages in any fraudulent activity.
b. Babbu also reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Limitation of Liability
a. Babbu, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Competition or acceptance and use of the prize.
Privacy
a. Babbu will collect and process participants’; personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data by Babbu.
Governing Law
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Competition is being held.
Modification and Termination
a. Babbu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Babbu’s reasonable control.
Severability
a. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By participating in the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
