Our award winning classes are led by professional musicians. Our teachers are leaders in the field when it comes to musical education for the early years from babies to children up to preschool age.

What to expect at our classes? We always open with our hello song, greeting each baby and child so that we are all familiar with their names and all feel welcome! Our first song will usually be without the use of instruments instead, a good warm up using actions that all can learn together. The musical tracks we use are our very own arrangements and include a range of traditional nursery rhymes and folk songs we have over 20 tracks to choose from! Next, we introduce one of the instruments that have been brought by the teacher that week. Every baby, child and adult has their own to play and these range from maracas to drums and everything you can imagine between! We also use soft sensory props to accompany some of our tracks including vibrant coloured scarves, puppets and teddies. Each week the class teachers will bring a choice of at least 2 different instruments for all to use, a soft prop for a gentler sensory experience and our very popular parachute for quiet time during the class. As well as this, our teachers will also perform on their own specialised instrument, therefore exposing the children to the experience of live playing in class, our teachers play a range of instruments including, trumpet, clarinet, guitar, ukulele, piano, to name but a few!
