What Bubz & Bond: Baby Classes says

Baby Massage Classes in SW London creating spaces and time for you and your bubz to learn each other and bond through gentle touch.
Each week learn massage strokes that stimulate babies growth and development. Build on your understanding of your bubz cues and responses, elevating your own emotional wellbeing. Most of all a safe, warm space for you and bubz to flourish.

Conversation and Refreshments are provided (only if you feel like it) You can contribute as much or as little as you want each week.

About

Hi I'm Charlene - a registered mental health nurse and founder of Bubz and Bond whilst I myself was on maternity leave with my third baby.

In my profession I have worked primarily with women and families and now I want to use a combination of skills to support women in this amazingly wonderous and curious season of life.

I have trained with the International Association of Infant Massage(IAIM) to instruct infant massage with families. I want families to really use this time to enhance bonding with baby but also a time to lean into this new and fascinating role of parent hood.

I too have been that Mum, not quite sure of attending a new group for the first time and after 16years in this parenting game I can guarantee you I've never regretted going to any.
