What Capoeira for All says

Our Capoeira Tots classes are designed to develop the young children's natural movement patterns using elements of Capoeira in a fun, creative and accessible way. Focusing on balance, hand/eye co-ordination, lateral and vertical movement, teamwork and confidence building, our classes are engaging, creative and have the child's experience at its heart. Incorporating Capoeira music and song, the children develop their musicality and natural sense of rhythm through the use and exploration of the musical instruments.
