Hi! my name is Alis Poppy and I am a Community Dance Practitioner based in Caerphilly and Torfaen, South Wales UK. I founded Celf Dawnsio Gwenyn in 2024 with the goal to provide everyone within my local community with the opportunity to experience the joy and fulfillment of movement and the arts, regardless of age or ability. From baby sensory sessions, adults movement for wellbeing , choreography for schools and local arts organisations, to yoga and pilates, Celf Dawnsio Gwenyn can offer a wide range of classes to suit your interests.
