What Debutots says

Debutots is all about stories, along with dramatic play and wrap-around activities to help your children exercise their imaginations, develop their confidence, build a foundation for literacy, strengthen awareness of others, problem solve and, above all, do all this while having lots of fun! We will be singing songs with actions, sounds and making facial expression to explore themes, moods and emotions; playing games to introduce characters; listening to, taking part in and retelling original Debutots' stories; have live music and song, topped off with a cool down and meditative goodbye. All of our stories are written to complement and supplement learning outcomes for EYFS and KS1 and our online delivery allows for children to socialise with others at a time, currently, when interaction with friends is vital to their well-being.

Hi, I’m Martine and I’m thrilled to bring Debutots to the children of Oxford and Surroundings.

As a teacher, writer and a mother of three, I believe strongly in the power of stories and the role of dramatic play in giving little people the confidence to understand the world and their place in it.

At Debutots, we play with stories, we learn with stories and we have oodles of fun. We run parent and child classes and sessions in nurseries and schools.
