What Emma Jackson Yoga says

Relaxing Yoga classes specialising in pregnancy and post natal yoga and all the benefits that come with it. My classes focus on you and your body, helping you become aware of your body and helping you navigate the changes taking place, whether pregnant or postnatal. We work on strengthening the muscles that support you and easing out the muscles that are too tight. Breathing techniques for pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Let me know if you require specific support I work along side physiotherapy exercises, with particular experience of diastasis, caesarean and pelvic floor recovery.
