What Eterna Fitness & Pilates says
Circuit gives you a great all over body workout, working on different muscles it's way to gain back both your overall and core strength, classes will focus on strengthening the whole body including pelvic floor muscles, and core strength. This class is suitable for all as you work at your pace and ability.
Babies & Mums are welcome from 6 weeks following sign off from GP or 12 weeks from Caesarean section. Dads are welcome too!
Plenty of room for buggies.
About
My name is Amanda and I teach exercise classes to cater for all. I am a qualified Personal trainer, Gp referral exercise specialist, Pilates and pre/post natal qualified instructor . I hold accredited qualifications and I'm fully insured.
I understand how difficult it is to get back into exercise when you have a little one, I have been there myself. This is why my classes are designed with you in mind. Having your little one with you means you can freely and easily tend to your child at anytime during class without worrying if you disturb anyone.
We will finish each class with a relaxing stretch so you will leave feeling at your best.
