What Eterna Pilates says

A Pilates class especially for you to exercise with your baby and meet other mums. Your baby can either be with you in the buggy or next to you on a mat.
The classes a small and relaxed sessions so you can feel free to feed or tend to your little one when necessary.
Pilates is the perfect low impact way to gain back your core strength, classes will focus on strengthening pelvic floor muscles, posture and core strength.
Babies & Mums are welcome from 6 weeks following sign off from GP or 12 weeks from Caesarean section. Dads are welcome too.

About

My name is Amanda and I teach Pilates for all abilities. Additionally I am also a post natal qualified instructor. I hold accredited qualifications and I'm fully insured.
I understand how difficult it is to get back into exercise when you have a little one, especially when often you have to go in the evenings as that's the only time you get to yourself and by then you are often too tired.
My classes are designed with you in mind, as bringing your baby with you knowing you are in a safe environment with other mums who understand if you have to take time out to tend to your little one if needed, as we all know babies are very unpredictable.
Pilates is a good way to unwind and relax the mind as well as the physical benefits.
