A little about me πŸ€—

I am a mum of two daughters, qualified midwife, hypnobirthing practitioner, birth trauma worker and expert trained 200 hour Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga teacher.

I have several years experience teaching my classes and a wealth of knowledge that I have gained along my journey!

It had come to my attention that there wasn’t a network of support for pregnant and new mums in our community. I wanted to create a safe space for mummies-to-be/new mums where they could relieve the ailments of pregnancy, learn skills for birth, connect in with their baby, relax and create friendships with other women in the local community. Then navigate the postnatal period with support and guidance. It takes a village to raise a child πŸ’–

I run weekly pregnancy yoga and birth preparation classes. Group and private hypnobirthing, antenatal education courses and birth workshops regularly in the local community.
Along with Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga and Toddler & Grown Up Yoga. I regularly host meet ups and brunches.
I also offer the 3 step rewind which releases birth trauma.

I am fully insured and registered with FEDANT. Which means your entitled to time off work to attend any of my offerings as they are classed as antenatal education πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
