HARMONY'S MUSIC CLUB
"Producing the finest music for young ears" (Culture Whisper)
What Harmony's Music Club says
A Harmony's Music Club concert is like no other family concert. Everyone says this, but we mean it!
We believe that every piece of music tells a story and it's those stories that we want to share with our audiences. So every performance we produce has a storyline (and narrator) and includes visual stimuli. The audience will be invited to become part of the performance when cued whether this be through: musical guessing games; sound effect workshop; joining in with homemade instruments (pdf How To ... document always provided!); singing; body percussion.
Our repertoire spans Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty to Paddington Bear's First Concert to The Snowman to Music from the Movies and we always have new works in commission.
Concert after concert we captivate audiences with our exceptional performances, weaving together the magic of literature and music to create an enchanting experience for children and parents alike. So don't miss out on the musical revolution that's captivating families across London and Surrey. Elevate your family's entertainment experience with Harmony's Music Club.
About
Reviewed as 'producing the finest music for young ears' (Culture Whisper), Harmony's Music Club has been making quite the splash since appearing on the performance circuit 3 years ago. With the likes of Hugh Bonneville and Stephen Fry supporting the Paddington Bear concerts during COVID, numerous appearances on BBC Radio talking about the importance of music, and being a sell-out event year after year at the Barnes' Kids Lit Fest (the biggest in the country), their novel approach with interactive narrated performances is getting noticed.
Harmony's Music Club is all about igniting a lifelong passion for music and inspiring the next generation. A lot of time is spent finding an inroad into the music for young ears and minds and this is what makes Harmony's Music Club different. Every musician involved believes in the power of music to stimulate young minds and is fuelled by a shared dedication to creating an environment where children can lose themselves in the moment.
