What Hill Top Yoga says
I offer friendly, inclusive yoga classes for pregnancy and for mums and babies, in a beautiful hill top venue. I am also trained as a mindfulness teacher and like to incorporate self care for mums into my classes. Pregnancy classes can be attended from 12 weeks of pregnancy and no previous yoga experience is necessary. Breathing techniques and relaxation are taught as well as yoga to suit and soothe your changing body and growing baby. Postnatal classes include teaching a developmental baby massage routine- to help bonding, baby's digestion and much more. The mother and baby yoga incorporates movements to aid your post birth body's recovery and soothe aches and pains. The babies are engaged with props and songs and some movements just for them. Babies can be from at least 8 weeks (10 weeks if you have had a C-Section, for the yoga) to crawling in age.
About
My name is Sarah and I come from a background as a primary school teacher. I have been practising yoga for over 20 years. After time out raising my children and supporting the local primary school as a governor and parent helper, I trained in Mindfulness, Pre and post natal yoga and Baby Massage in 2017 and started Hill Top Yoga in my beautiful home studio at the top of a hill.
