With group fitness classes, 1-2-1 personal training sessions and online training available, Jenny Legg Fitness offers everything you could need to reach your goals.
About
Coming from a background of dance, I am certainly in tune with how the body works and the most effective ways to gain results without having to deny yourself the things you enjoy. One size definitely doesn’t fit all and it’s about finding the enjoyment in working out in order to create a lifestyle habit rather than a quick fix.
I love to train people of all ages and ability levels and, being a mummy myself, particularly love to help mum’s back into a body they recognise after giving birth to their beautiful babies.
