What KeepaBeat First Aid says

KeepaBeat was designed and developed by First Aid expert Sam Mackay. Since the early beginnings the brand has grown to be a nationwide success. Our aim is to teach basic lifesaving skills to everyone who needs them, which let’s face it is all of us.

About

Hi, my name is Sam and I am the founder of KeepaBeat First Aid and I run the Hertfordshire KeepaBeat Franchise. I am based in Ware, where we run lots of sessions and courses from our training centre but, we also travel across Herts and Essex delivering training in a variety of venues, settings and homes.
My passion is to teach life saving skills. You are never too young or old! In fact, every Wednesday and Thursday I run Dinky Medic sessions for 2 - 5 year olds.

I work with lots of local primary schools delivering Junior Medic training for 6- 11 year olds and staff training too.

In the evenings and weekends we run a range of short parent and carer sessions designed for anyone that looks after a child.

I'm mum to an awesome 11 year old girl who keeps me super busy and a 2 year old fur baby called Dexter!

I love what I do and I hope thats felt in every session!
