Come and join the journey to a happier calmer life with Kids Yoga & Mindfulness. We offer online classes and to face to face group classes. Our classes will help your child's physical and mental strength. Our classes are made up of calming meditation and lots of fun yoga stretches and poses. Your child will also have a chance to set goals and intentions to help them live a happier, healthier and calmer life style. As you are probably aware, being a busy parent or carer the pressures of life can get build up. These weekly classes give your child a chance to breathe and re balance, whilst you get to have a moment of 'me time'
