Landmark preschool sessions are a play based combination of music making, storytelling and yoga workshops. Designed and run for pre-schoolers and their grown ups to enjoy together, led by experienced practitioners. Our aim is to engage with local families and support the early years literacy and language development in a more holistic way. Little minds and bodies are stimulated to build strength and flexibility. Not just fun and games, the complimentary sessions of music making, story telling and yoga grow confidence and self awareness; benefiting health, sleep and wellbeing. So come along sing, act, listen, dance and play together!
