What Langley Free Church says

1. This is a group for parents and toddlers which meets every Wednesday morning (term-time), 09:00am-11:00am. It's for pre-school children aged 0-5 years and their parents/carers. The group meets in the church hall where the children enjoy free play with a range of toys while the parents/carers are able to sit and chat with others while keeping an eye on their children. The entry fee is £1 per session and refreshments are included in this price (tea, coffee, squash and biscuits). The group is run by volunteers from the church who have received safeguarding training and been DBS checked. All are welcome. 2. At Messy Church there will be lots of fun activities for families to do together. These could include messy craft, fun games and a opportunity to reflect on the topic. There is also a time to sing family friendly songs and hear a short story for all to enjoy, followed by a light tea to finish the session off. Who can come: Anyone, but we ask that children are accompanied by an adult. Messy Church is designed for families of whatever size and make-up: parents, single-parents, grandparents, carers, etc. Is there a charge: No, but we do ask for a voluntary contribution towards our costs. When is it: A Sunday in a month, from 4pm-6pm.
