Hi! I'm Emma.

A vibrant and qualified kids yoga teacher. I teach with an open heart and creatively design yoga classes suitable for tumbling tots all the way up to tenatious teens.

Using storytelling, music, mindful movements, games and much more, children are guided through beautiful flows, using all the yoga essentials, like; asanas, breath work, meditation and mindfulness.

My background is in child development and I have found yoga to be a wonderful way to nurture kids growth in a non-competitive environment. My aim is to create a balance between learning, respect and boundaries. BUT, Most of all, it’s about having FUN!
