Hi! My name is Sam and I am the director and swimming teacher for all age groups. I am qualified to teach children from birth to 12 years to swim, as well as adults, planning each lesson to the needs of the individual child/adult as well as the class. I have extensive experience and high end qualifications in the childcare and education sector, initially working in nursery management before moving on to qualify as a swimming teacher. All the knowledge and experience I have in the childcare and educator sector is used in my lessons, that not only enables the children to learn to swim, but also to provide opportunities to develop socially, intellectually and physically. I ensure all my lessons are fun and enjoyable for every child, they are encouraged to develop at their own pace and provide a warm and friendly environment for them to learn. I am also a mother of two and both of my children began their swimming lessons as a baby, providing them with the important life saving skill I aim for all to achieve through my lessons.
