We are London’s premier dance school for Ballroom Dance classes. Parents see the difference in their child’s dancing in just 4 weeks! Our goal is to create a positive and happy Ballroom dance experience for all of our students. We strive to nurture and develop talent, celebrate the achievements of all children and inspire a love and appreciation of Ballroom dance.
We are committed to providing a safe and positive environment in which all children can feel empowered, comfortable and free to express themselves.
Our Ballroom dance classes promote improved coordination, correct posture, strength, flexibility, improved self-confidence and body image, teamwork, and discipline. Our dance school offers excellence in Ballroom dance training and children have the option to take exams assessed by world’s leading exam body, the International Dance Teachers’ Association (IDTA), and sparkle on stage in performances.
All our teachers are trained dancers, qualified and professional teachers, and DBS checked.
About
Maria the the founder of Live 4 Dancing and is a dance artist, Ballroom dance teacher and choreographer. She graduated from the World Renowned Royal Academy of Dance with a Distinction in Dance Performance & Teaching, she was also a Scholar at the University of Oxford, where she obtained a Doctorate in Child Development.
Maria started her dance training at the age of 7 in Classical Ballet. Growing up, she received intensive training for competitions in Ballroom dancing and Latin American dancing from some of the world’s best teachers in the industry, receiving highly commended awards. As a teacher, Maria has a wide range of experience with students aged 5 to 16 as well as adults, training them for exams or simply teaching them to dance.
