Move your body in a way that feels good, prepare for birth and parenthood and take time out of your busy week to relax and bond with your baby.
Each week we cover a different birth-preparation topic, practice yoga postures that are safe and beneficial for pregnancy, learn breathing techniques for labour and birth, and take time at the end of every class to relax and bond with baby. These classes are for you if you want to:
- Feel strong and fit throughout pregnancy
- Confident and prepared for birth and parenthood
- Spend time bonding with your baby
- Make friends and share experiences
These classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners, and you can start from 12 weeks.
Classes are held in the West of Edinburgh (Corstorphine), and include Pregnancy Yoga, Parent and Baby Yoga and Women's Yoga. The yoga I teach is a flowing vinyasa-style yoga for body and mind. You'll leave feeling relaxed and yet energised; calm and strong. Every class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners who are always very welcome and encouraged.
