About

Hello I'm Teresa, and I'm a specialist in supporting you and your baby. As your experienced Hypnobirthing teacher, I will be here to help you learn how to fully lean into the magic and power of birth, as well as unlearning some stuff too.

My passion lies with nurturing families, and I birthed this business to ensure I can provide that for you during pregnancy, and once your baby is safely in your arms. Full disclosure.... I love babies! But I am here for the mothers just as much. I'll be holding space for you as you hold your baby.

I've worked with new families for many years now being a breastfeeding peer supporter, which has provided me with lots of experience with listening to mothers and families, meeting their own goals and empowering them to feed their babies how they'd like to.

Birth and breastfeeding have many links, and both these things are fiercely personal to you - as they should be - and I'm here for this all day.

​ I know what a positive birth is like, and I'm happy to tell you it's a real thing for you too. I actually declared I wanted to do it again before her head had crowned! It's not uncommon to hear that you can't comprehend looking forward to giving birth... but when you find out what it's really like believe me there will be a shift in how you imagine it!
So here’s my mission to nurture and enable more mamas to love their birth too.
