What Me and You Baby Massage says

Me and You Baby Massage is a place to come and enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy moments just you and your baby. It's a safe space in a small group so both you and baby feel comfortable and at ease from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. Baby Massage is a time to connect, learn about one another and cherish every minute of your new baby. It's for BABY and for YOU!

Me and You Baby Massage was created for Mamas to come together and not only enjoy creating memories and bonding with their new baby but to make Mama friends. I know first hand how important it is to have a support network at this crazy time in your life.
My classes are suitable for babies from birth (dressed) and 6 weeks (undressed) up to crawling age. I do always advise the earlier you start the better providing both you and baby are well!
During the sessions, I will teach you a full body massage routine and allow you time and space to learn to understand your baby’s language, how to soothe your baby and much more.
All classes are informal, relaxed and baby led. I teach in two beautiful spaces I am super proud of, both of which are small enough for you to feel calm and enjoy one to one time with your gorgeous baby. It’s also nice to be able to interact and get to know the other Mamas in class too, which is why there is always time at the end of every session to spend time with one another.
My classes are for one parent and baby due to space restrictions but of course if your partner wants to join one week and give you a little break they’re more than welcome. Alternatively, you can teach them at home :)
The class each week will be roughly 75 minutes and includes:
Learning the massage strokes
Chance to meet like minded Mamas
Handouts should they be required
Time to relax
Massage Oil
Chill time (drink and snack included)

INSTRUCTIONS

Before we begin, for each class, please bring along:
Your usual changing bag
Your baby’s favourite toy/ comforter
Baby’s blanket
