Hi, I'm Christina, a mummy of two young children and a first Aid trainer. With a background working in travel as airline cabin crew, and as a Police Officer, I have found myself dealing with many first aid situations. I want to help people by giving them the knowledge and confidence to know what they're doing should their loved ones find themselves in need of medical attention.
