Days with a mini one can be long and hard to fill! Our relaxed performances offer something to enjoy in your own right - designed to be as close to a typical gig as possible - yet with your baby or child welcome too.

✨Session Details
We perform in the cosy theatre room at Pickled Pepper Books, under fairy-light twinkles and beautiful stage lighting. Sets vary between solo and group performances, featuring singing and at least one live instrument from guitar to piano, saxophone, violin and more. We have regular "house" performers (including Esme who runs the show), and we host guest artists who are always top quality professionals. In addition to themed days, sets can include a range of genres from Pop to Folk, Jazz, Soul, Musical Theatre, Country and Blues, covering familiar hits plus lesser-known gems and originals. We encourage the odd singalong too (joining in optional)!

👶All Ages Welcome
This may work best with pre-crawlers or older toddlers in terms of your own experience of the event, but there's no age limit as every child is different. It could be tricky to enjoy if your bub is at a particularly busy stage or needing lots of direct engagement. We don't do kids' songs, but they often LOVE the music. The room is enclosed with a little gate, which is always handy with mobile babies! You're welcome to stand, move around and feed.
