Mitchy Titch Baby, Toddler & Young Children's Yoga Fun & Fitness are award winning classes that focus on having fun whilst learning new skills and improving our health and wellbeing. We offer engaging, fun, stimulating classes for babies, toddlers, children and their grown-ups! Each friendly, welcoming class includes warm ups, baby or kids yoga stretches, breathing techniques and relaxation for you both. As well as lots of song, rhyme, sensory and fun props. The benefits to your child’s development and wellbeing are plenty and include; improved social, cognitive, emotional and physical development, communication skills and more.
