What Mummy Yoga says

We welcome women in our pregnancy yoga classes right from the first trimester. No need to wait till your scan if you feel well and wish to stay active. The benefits of staying active in the first trimester are well documented in science. However, we believe that putting the blame of a miscarriage on exercise stops women from being active when they will benefit from it most. We are on a mission to take that blame away from women. We support pregnant women with our specialised knowledge and safe classes across your entire pregnancy and beyond.
