Nurturing touch provides a variety of Baby classes to suit from birth up until confident walkers. Baby Massage is a 5 week course, Mother and baby yoga is booked in blocks of 5 weeks but can be continued until baby is a confident walkers and sensory stay & play is ran monthly. Hi, I’m Hayley and I run the Nurturing Touch courses and classes. I first started Baby Massage with my son when he was 4 weeks old and received so many benefits for both of us so decided to train and become an IAIM instructor in 2017.

In 2018 I trained to be a Mother & Baby Yoga instructor as often parents were asking for more classes. I had never done yoga before but absolutely love it and am disappointed I didn’t get to do it with my own son.

In 2022 I started running the Sensory Stay & Play sessions as parents were asking for something to continue doing with baby and it is a great way for parents to meet other new parents and keep in touch!
