PANDAMONIUM
What Pandamonium says
A series of shows for 2-5 year old children, these are traditional stories retold with energy and laughs. Every week in term time will be a new story with colourful props and silly music to amuse your little one, I hope to give parents the odd giggle too. Parents are required to stay. The whole session is an hour from start to finish.
About
Having originally trained in Drama and Theatre Studies, both at Stratford-Upon-Avon and then at Bath Spa Uni, I continue to live my life appreciating the positive impact play and creativity has on living a contented life and relating well with those around us. My intensive year at Stratford-Upon-Avon had a very special ethos, to 'jump' without letting fear hold us back, and to have fun doing so
MY STORY
Having originally trained in Drama and Theatre Studies, both at Stratford-Upon-Avon and then at Bath Spa Uni, I continue to live my life appreciating the positive impact play and creativity has on living a contented life and relating well with those around us. My intensive year at Stratford-Upon-Avon had a very special ethos, to 'jump' without letting fear hold us back, and to have fun doing so.
Wherever life has taken me I have carried this playful determination with me. It is this ethos that I aim to pass on to the kids and clubs I work with - a zest for life, a security in our skin, a love of friendship, and teamwork, and laughter. These are the ingredients I have learnt through my drama training which will make up Pandamonium!
Being a hands-on dad of two primary aged kids and a community worker at our local Church, I have often heard it said "Paul, you should be a kid's entertainer!". The truth is I LOVE being silly with children, because I find it brings out the best in them (and in me too!) It is great to see kids flourish as they build confidence in the relationships with the adult leader in the room and the kids around them.
Having worked with kids for years, I take safeguarding and risk assessing very seriously and meet all of the standards particular to each hosting school. For the past five years I have ran three toddler groups and I am keen to keep strengthening the bonds with local families as the kids grow, whilst helping them to let off steam and learn social skills at the same time. Pandamonium has been a dream in the making for a little while now, and I can't wait to fling open the doors next term and help our kids to keep growing into happy, kind little human beings!
