My Mum & Baby Yoga classes offer a welcoming and supportive environment where new mums can connect, unwind, and enjoy quality time with their babies. Designed with your postnatal journey in mind, these classes help support your physical recovery while gently stimulating your baby’s development through yoga-inspired movements.
Each session focuses on key areas that may need a little extra TLC, such as the pelvic floor, back, and abdominals, while also relieving tension in common stress points such as your shoulders and neck.
Your baby is an integral part of the class! I incorporate baby yoga, massage, and nursery rhymes into every session, creating a fun environment to explore new ways to connect with your baby. Each session also includes calming relaxation techniques for both mum and baby, breath work and space to slow down.
I also host a monthly social for all my mums and babies/mums-to-be.
About
I'm a mum of four and have been teaching Yoga for over 20 years. I first trained in Pregnancy Yoga before doing my BBcise Mum & Baby Yoga teacher training in 2006. I'm also a qualified Nursery Nurse (BTEC 1992) and was a birth and postnatal doula (2001-2016) for many years. I’m deeply passionate about helping new mums feel supported, nurtured, and empowered.
