Everything can change. While this can be wonderful, it can also be big, scary, and difficult.

My classes are designed specifically to support your body through pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal recovery.

They also help your mind, giving you tools to build resilience and stay mentally healthy.

About

I had a very difficult time with my mental health throughout the perinatal journey, with yoga and psychosomatic therapy being two of the big positive forces which got me through. This has led me to certify in 200hr yoga teacher training, pre- and postnatal yoga, postnatal depression, with a view to specialising more in yoga for mental health, to help mamas to grow and become the people and parents they were meant to be.
