Hi, I’m Claire, a Pilates teacher and fellow mum who understands the incredible journey you’re on. 🌟 During pregnancy and the postnatal period, your body is doing something amazing, growing & then keeping your new baby alive, and your core is right at the heart of it all! Let’s work together to keep those muscles strong and functional to support you every step of the way.

I am a Body Control Pilates Level 3 Matwork & Reformer teacher, specialising in prenatal & postnatal Pilates. I have a four & six year old, and Pilates has saved my body (and mind) over the last seven years! I am passionate about supporting mums during these periods & helping you understand more about your bodies & what they go through during pregnancy & in the early years post pregnancy.
