I'm a passionate Personal Trainer based in London who made the exciting leap from a career in Finance to help people achieve their fitness goals.
I believe that movement is a privilege and that exercise should be enjoyable.
My mission is to help you find the type of exercise you love, while keeping our sessions varied and engaging.
