I offer Pilates classes and Running Sessions for Pregnant women and New Mums to help them have a healthier and more joyful pregnancy, an easier birth and a faster recovery. Women are welcome to bring their babies with them to the post natal classes (up to early stages of crawling) and Buggy Run Clubs (from 6 months). In addition to Face to Face classes, we offer Live Stream and Recorded Pilates classes and have a range of Self-Guided Courses to cover each stage of Pregnancy and Post Natal recovery.
