Roots & Rhymes is a creative workshop and workout for all children, parents, and carers. Families are invited to bring their children along to embrace and explore the beautiful green spaces of Leeds. I offer a supportive space for people to come together to breathe, stretch, build community and connection, and engage in imaginative play.
