What Ruth Marsh School of Dancing says

Established in 1987, the Ruth Marsh School of Dancing now has around 130 pupils. Ruth is a registered teacher with both the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and the International Dance Teachers' Association (IDTA), offering children's and adult classes in ballet, tap and street dance. She also holds a CRB enhanced disclosure certificate. Classes are small and friendly and all abilities are catered for. As well as learning the discipline and skills of dance, this is a great way to make new friends and have fun! There are obvious benefits like keeping fit and improving posture and co-ordination; being part of our school also builds your self-confidence and self-esteem. We are a learning destination with the Children’s University. If you already have a Passport to Learning, bring it to class to get it stamped. If you don’t have one but would like to take part, please ask.
