A MOTHER WORLD

For babies from sitting, Mummy & Baby Soft Yoga is gentle stretches for mummy and baby. Working with baby to help them achieve their milestones at their own pace. No pressure, no competition, no judgement. It's about you and your baby.

Take time out of your day to relax, breathe, bond and stretch in a calm and safe space. Like a mini retreat each week! This is a 4 week course which is a great follow on to baby massage. There is no rush to leave, as classes are held in the A Mother World Hub at Moss End Garden Village in Berkshire.

Classes always start with a 'check in' as to how you're feeling, discussing highs and lows of the week (without judgement and with full support). We then move on to focussing on your breath to relax you, enabling you to focus on the moment and bond with your baby. Then gentle stretches for baby and for you (no singing and no bright lights!) which change each week, eye contact and giggles. We end with a 'check out' of how you're now feeling. You're then welcome to stay in the hub for a drink and biscuit, or pop over to the onsite Cafe with your new friends.
