A MOTHER WORLD

For babies from 6 weeks (after your GP check up) to 4(ish) months - this course is for the first couple of months, to help you relax, meet new mummy's and bond with baby - first or next baby.

What to Expect

The secret? It's as much about you as baby at the apology free, dedicated A Mother World Hub. Learn wonderful massage techniques to bond with your baby and help soothe and calm them.

This isn't any kind of baby massage - developmental baby massage helps your baby achieve their natural developmental milestones.

The day before your first class, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group with all the info you need - no guesswork, just a warm welcome and familiar names before you arrive.

When you arrive at the Hub:

• Greeted by Sophie with a warm smile and a hot drink
• Settle into a cosy, welcoming space within the small group
• Meet other local mums and begin building connections

Each session includes:

• Check-in introductions
• Supportive chats about your week and motherhood
• Soothing baby massage techniques, focusing on a new area each week
• Building the massage each week to a full body massage in the final week
• Tips for how to help symptoms of colic, wind, reflux, coughs and colds etc.
• How to hold your baby to encourage good neck control
• Helping your baby achieve their developmental milestones

After class:

• Head to the café with your new mum friends
• Receive sweet photo moments captured during class, shared in the WhatsApp group
• At the end of the course, take home The A Mother World Baby Massage Handbook to continue your bonding journey (pdf)
