Shantala baby massage 6 weeks course.

Suitable from birth to 12 months

Get to know other mums, bond with your baby whilst getting the much needed adult time.

Experience the art of ancient Indian baby massage a safe space for you to strengthen the bond with your baby. Enhance your baby's circulation, digestion and overall health and brain development.

This class is to educate, relax and to strengthen the bond with your baby. Creating a ZEN space for you and your baby.

Oils and towels provided. You also get a bottle of oil, to take home at the end of the course.

Prams welcome, parking outside the shop, at the local shopping centre car park and various different car parks in the are. Sometimes the door is locked, if you knock, I'll open the door
