Using pregnancy yoga techniques such as breathing, sound work and movement this nourishing class will help you in all stages leading up to birth and into post-partum. Pregnancy yoga can help you to develop and trust your body’s ability to grow and birth new life. As pregnancy is such a spiritual journey it makes it a great time to begin yoga; as you nurture and nourish your unborn child, and yourself, the pregnant body becomes a physical embodiment of unconditional love.
This pregnancy yoga practice is so super nourishing and was perfectly designed by Uma-Dinsmore Tuli for you and your child.

Pregnancy yoga is a helpful tool in your toolbox, whether this is your first or sixth child. You will also have a opportunity to connect with other pregnant women.
