ACTIVITY HUB

This play is our only play, where adults take a step back and allow children to explore and investigate on their own. Adults can quietly socialise, whilst children use their first signs of problem solving and independence to investigate and explore materials around them. We use mostly natural or home base resources to stem our exploration. For example, there will be different themed play such as metal basket (using spoons, pots, pans, whisk etc.) and allowing them to find out the properties and its uses by themselves. There will be a range of baskets with different sensory elements, such as brushes (from nail brushes, hair brushes, make up brushes etc), or sponges and other natural materials such as rubber or paper. Our on hand expert team will be there to guide the play and adults. This play links with schematic play and enforces children's natural curiosity to the world around them.
