Essential for all new mums to help recover post-pregnancy and post-birth. Meet other lovely mums and create a community together. Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 8 weeks post caesarian.
Mum and baby classes are specially designed to allow you to safely exercise to regain your strength, pelvic floor and deep core, with your baby by your side.
Or if your little ones are big enough that you can get out again for a couple of hours, schedule in some much needed me time and come along to rest, recharge and feel nourished once more. Our yoga classes for mums or those thinking about conceiving are actually suitable for all women, whether you’ve just had a baby, had children years ago or never been pregnant.
Classes work on our physical fitness especially in the core and that helps strengthen us emotionally and mentally for any of life’s challenges as well as release any fears or limiting beliefs about ourselves.
