Description

Come and join our friendly, supportive Pilates class, designed just for new mums! Move, stretch, and rebuild strength while your baby hangs out right beside you. It’s a great way to meet other local mums and take some well-deserved time for yourself, all in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Just bring whatever your little one needs (a few toys, a blanket for the mat, etc.), and we’ll take care of the rest. Babies can cry, chill, play or getting involved! You’re welcome to feed, change, and comfort them anytime during class.

Before getting started, make sure you've had your 6-8 week check-up, and if you’ve had a caesarean, wait at least 8 weeks. Not sure if you're ready? Just drop me a message, and we’ll figure it out together!

Classes are small (max 8 mums) so I can give you plenty of personal attention. Can’t wait to meet you and your little one there!
