Description
A Post-natal Pilates class where your baby comes too :)
Join us for a friendly and supportive class with your baby. Just bring whatever you need for the baby (few toys, a blanket to cover the mat...) and we provide the rest.
Your baby is allowed to cry, chill or play! You are welcome to feed them, change them and give them whatever comfort they need during the class.
Before starting Post-natal Pilates you must have firstly your 6-8 weeks check up and wait a minimum of 8 weeks after a caesarean. This is a guide and you can always call us to check suitability before booking. We keep classes small with a maximum of 8.
