AWE & WONDER PARENTING WITH CALM - BURY ST EDMUNDS

Parenting is challenging, we are all doing an incredible role, with many plates spinning and our heads held high. But we weren't supposed to do this alone, we need a village or a circle of women, all experiencing the highs and lows of Mothering!

This space is created for you to come and share your journey so far with all its amazing wins but also where we can share about the challenges.

You are not broken, there is nothing to fix but we may need opportunities to feel held, safe and not judged as we take our time to be. Sharing is wonderful, though you do not need to share but listen.

We will also relax through simple stretches, journalling, nature mandalas and positivity.

Refreshments will be provided and great company!

''Attended a mothers circle today, I was apprehensive but something was drawing me to it, Jamie encouraged me to try it out. Best thing I’ve done for myself in over a year!
It’s certainly given me time to reflect and think about myself and where I am in my life, what I need and what I would like moving forwards, it’s helped me clarify some uncertainty around situations/life and also people and interactions that I’ve been unsure of lately.
Today I’ve been given a safe space to authentically speak, process, let go and it felt powerfully raw.
Leaving this circle today feeling powerful, like I am not alone, I am worthy and most incredibly, like I AM ENOUGH. 💕

The car park at the hall is free. There is a stile into the Aboretum side of Nowton Park so the rest of the family could come and enjoy the outdoor space whilst you have time for you.

Babes in arms very welcome - please bring whatever you need for them to be comfortable
